I have all the tasks in the done column, I have no pending subtasks but the jira says that they are incomplete and does not close the sprint

Hello @gina_tahhann

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Is your Done column the column farthest to the right on your board?

Only issues in the column farthest to the right will be considered "complete" in the sprint. Issues in all other columns are considered "incomplete".

That's exactly what happened, someone added an additional column to the right that was not DONE but had the status of completed, I moved the indicated column to the right edge and the case was resolved, thank you very much

Hi @gina_tahhann ,

It might be that you have some incomplete subtasks that are being filtered out by the boards filter. Thus they don't show up on the board, but they can still block your sprint from being closed.

I would recommend checking the board filter and seeing if there are any subtasks that might be filtered out by it.

Cheers,
Peter
