I'm really looking for first hand personal experience as a user and or admininstrator.
What tools are you using to get real time chat in JIRA issue detail pages? What works well for you, what doesn't? Do you find it to be a good user experience? Better than copy/pasting chat logs from other chat services?
I'd say you need IM integration, such as https://plugins.atlassian.com/plugin/details/27467
As far as I can tell, the Spartez Meeting Room plugin allows a user to interact with JIRA via chat, but their demo video doesn't show any evidence that JIRA can embed a chat UI, or that JIRA can capture chat logs implicitly.
