I have a few users who do not want to see "BULK" changes/transitions etc, on their Jira stream. Any suggestions welcome.

every time i move code to servers, I do bulk transitions, these transitions affect many JIRA tickets.  Is there a way for a user to block these transitions without blocking non bulk transitions?

This widget could not be displayed.

Bulk operations are controlled by a global permission. You can limit who has this permission.

Once some one has it, they can do all bulk operations including bulk transition.
