  • I have Jira OnDemand with 15 accounts, all being used. Two employees have left and I have two new ones, but I can't delete the old ones. What should I do?

I have Jira OnDemand with 15 accounts, all being used. Two employees have left and I have two new ones, but I can't delete the old ones. What should I do?

Could I change the account names and details for the new employees without removing the old entries? I still have about 6 months left on the annual registration.

Please advise.

Deactivate the user accounts if you don't need them.
