I get an error when trying to create a page with plugin

This is in regards to the PageMe plugin.  After setting up the plugin, when I click the PageMe button and try to have the issue sent to confluence I get the following error after selecting "create Page"

Error!

An internal error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator.

I have tried multiple spaces and I am using an admin account on both machines, I have recieved this error in both firefox and IE.

Do you get any relevant entries on the log files? Case so, could you kindly share it?
