Please I need to make a payment but i dont have access to my account is like dissapear ...

Sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulty! Our Customer Advocates team will be happy to help investigate the reason why you are not able to access your Cloud site. 

As Jonas has mentioned, the best route is to generate a support tick at support.atlassian.com. If you could also provide the Cloud Site URL (XXXXXXXXX.atlassian.net), we can look into your account from there.
