I do not see the Active Sprints option in the Scrum board menu

I'm trying to end an active sprint. There is no drop-down box next to it.

Help file says that there should be an Active Sprints options

It looks like I'm on the Backlog.

I don't understand how I can apply those settings in the hosted environment.  Is there a menu for this  com.atlassian.jira.projects.ProjectCentricNavigation.Switch orcom.atlassian.jira.projects.ProjectCentricNavigation

or can I set this somewhere?
