I created the resolution name "unresolved", but I deleted the "unresolved" and my jira, stoped all SLA's, what i can resolved this problem?
When Unresolved is displayed the field is NULL. Setting ANY value, even a value of Unresolved still makes the field not-null and JIRA treats it as resolved. You'll need to clear the field to set it back to NULL.

You need to create a transition from where they are back to the same status and in the post function CLEAR the resolution field. This should also be done from closed to reopen if you allow that.
