My system lets me see dashboards and admin screens, but when I click on an individual issue, the browser never returns. I have even updated tickets through an agile board and the updates reflect, on the board. We just upgraded to 6.2.
I spoke with Atlassian support and they identified that the problem was caused by our DVCS connector. We're going to try reconfiguring it, but for now it is deactivated and issue details are again viewable.
BTW, by "never returns," I mean that the browser never connects to show details and never times out. On Chrome, the little circle keeps spinning counter clockwise and never stops.
