I cannot see Atlassian Troubleshoot and Support option in my Jira app. Whereas in manage app I do see that the plugin is enabled all 56 out of 56 modules of  it is enabled. M currently on Jira version

  • v8.2.2 and

With both version I am facing the same issues.

Log in as an admin, use the admin cog at the top right, then hit the "admin search", either by clicking it, or just pressing .

Start typing "troubleshoot" into the search box.

Ok, go to "manage apps" and change the list so it shows all apps, not just user-installed.

Does the troubleshooting app appear to be installed and active?

I did not have proper system admin rights that is why I think i was not seeing it. Problem is solved after adding myself in sys admin AD.
