I cannot insert Greenhopper license nor remove and reinstall the plugin

Hi,

I tried to update my evaluation version of Greenhopper but every time I do this I get the following error.

The JIRA server could not be contacted. This may be a temporary glitch or the server may be down.

We have checked the base URL for Jira and it is possible to install new plugins using the UPM. I've also tried to uninstall the Greenhopper plugin but I get the same error. Actually, trying to uninstall any plugin gives me this error. Please help, we would need to get the system back up and running asap.
