I can't see in the audit log who created the user

I can't see in the audit log who created the user.

I always see only "JIRA" in the author field, not the person who created the user. Not even in the detail of the log.

Hi @Petr Solanič welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Unfortunately, the Audit Log will not show the actual user.

You need to submit a support request with Atlassian to get the actual user via the ID.

Currently, there's only 1 open suggestion for this feature request: JRACLOUD-3157

Interesting. Thanks @Dave Mathijs . I thought I had seen the user shown previously but I have not checked this recently.

Hi @Petr Solanič , welcome to the community.

Have you validated this by adding a user manually? Once added, can you check the log to see if it shows your username as the initiator?
