Hello my manager created an account to use Jira, the email is correct and the invite was sent twice but I still cannot receive it.
I found a few tips in the documentation but nothing seems to work:
*I checked spam mail box- not there.
*Rebooted my email service.
*Invite was sent twice.
*Cleaned cookies/cache and tried to create an account and recover password.
*Recovery URL was received but did not work.
*I've been waiting for hours.
*I am receiving emails from Atlassian <noreply@am.atlassian.com
*My manager entered the correct email address.
Any suggestions?
