Hello,

I created a filter called CSD: Product Defect Cases and added to my favorites:

I'm using the filter results gadget to add this filter, but when I search for it using the search functionality I don't find it:

When I look for all the favorite filters I see it there.

What am I missing?

Thanks,

Carlos

When trying to configure the gadget, are you logged in as someone who has shared access to the filter?

Hi Nic,

I'm logged in with my credentials and I belong to a group with the create shared objects global permission and I was the one who created the filter. I've also shared the filter with a group to which I belong. I can access the filter from my favorites.

Thanks,

Carlos
