I can't add a custom field to plans

I have 2 similar custom fileds, which type is "number", but in /plans/1/scenarios/2/settings/custom-fields I see only one of them, the second field I cannot add to my plans. How can I fix this problem?

Maybe check the Context for the field to see if something might be set for a different project.

Presently field supported are as mentioned here : https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/enable-custom-fields-used-in-advanced-roadmaps-in-jira/

Yours is a number field so should work in this case, Like John mentioned could be the context issue.
