I am working on Jira 6.2, the plugin does not work at all

Avi Ziv August 9, 2014

The Subtasks are not created at all (not by template and not manually).

Some idea?

Thanks.

Hi Gaby,

David's question are a perfect start. I had two people with my plugin not working on JIRA 6.2 because they ran the instance with Java 6 and not as documented in the requirements, with Java 7: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA062/Supported+Platforms

Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance for you!

Thanks,

Micha

Hey Gaby,

A few questions:

  • What shows up in the JIRA-atlassian.log when you execute that action?
  • What is the JAVA version you are using?
  • Does this happens with all main browsers (FireFox, IE, Chrome, Safari)?
  • What is the Plugin version?
  • If not the latest what happens if you upgrade the plugin to latest?

Hope it helps,

Thanks, David
