I have JIRA 4.4.4 and am trying to test tGreenHopper in my stage environment.
Hi Pierre,
What version of GreenHopper is it? The plugin is working without the license? It could be a compatibility problem!
I downloaded jira-greenhopper-plugin-5.9.7.3.jar
The plugin state is currently "Disabled"

As I see in the plugin page: https://plugins.atlassian.com/plugins/com.pyxis.greenhopper.jira
Not very sure, but it looks like that version is only for Jira 5.0 and 5.1

I clicked on the download link for "JIRA 4.4 and above". I will download and test this one.

Glad it worked. About the proxy I believe this could help you:

But this should a new question, if not it may get confuse for other users. And remember to mark the answer as correct if this issue is finished.

The 5.8.7 version seemed to be the right one.
However, I also needed to configure the proxy settings for my staging instance of JIRA so that it could connect out and get some additional info.
