I am trying to configure custom hierarchy levels in the Roadmap

Hi Support Team,

We try to configure the roadmap hierarchy levels because we want to rank at the following levels:

< Initiative

   < Epics

      < Storys

         < Tasks

When we enter to the link

We don't found the option "In the menu on the left, select Advanced Roadmaps hierarchy configuration."

How can we do it?

In your navigation bar within Jira, do you have the word "Plan".  The advanced Roadmap capability is only available to premium users.

This of course is assuming you are indeed on a cloud plan.  The article you referenced is for the Jira Server/Data Center so, I wasn't sure.  Hope this helps.
