I am trying to configure custom hierarchy levels in the Roadmap

Hi Support Team,

We try to configure the roadmap hierarchy levels because we want to rank at the following levels:

< Initiative

   < Epics

      < Storys

         < Tasks

When we enter to the link

https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver/configure-your-jira-software-instance-1044784156.html

We don't found the option "In the menu on the left, select Advanced Roadmaps hierarchy configuration."

How can we do it?

@Yasmin Ayup

In your navigation bar within Jira, do you have the word "Plan".  The advanced Roadmap capability is only available to premium users.

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/where-do-i-find-advanced-roadmaps/

This of course is assuming you are indeed on a cloud plan.  The article you referenced is for the Jira Server/Data Center so, I wasn't sure.  Hope this helps.
