I am not receiving email notifications for the Jira events.

Hi Madhavi - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

If you are not receiving any emails at all, you should open a support ticket with that Atlassian to see if your email address is on their suppression list.

I am not sure for email notification however for every issue, you can use "watchers" Start watching this issue

Hi @Madhavi Appana 

If the notifications are for yourself, you will need to activate from the profile settings as jira will not send your own notifications by default.

If its for other other events, you will need to check the following:

Check if the mail server is turned on.

Also, make use of the Notification Helper for Jira.

Check the Notification Scheme, if the events are custom events, make sure you were added to the events to receive the notifications.
