I am not receaving verification code to be able to verify my identity;
- I do not have anything in my inbox/spam and etc,
- got back from the Admin on my side, that "The user has been deleted and reinvited again"
- do not have blocked email, that i can see from my account
I found there was a suppression on our side that was keeping notifications and other Cloud emails from being sent to your address. I have cleared that suppression from our side. Try to resend the verification now, it should come through.

If your email is on the suppression list only Atlassian Support can remove this, please create a ticket with them.

I am sorry to disturb you once again, but Atlassian Support page does not give option for ticket submitting.
The URL, written to the page is the servicedesk, to witch I try to get access to ( and stuck with no verification email).
Is it any other way to submit a ticket?

Are you the administrator for that site? If not, please reach out to the site administrator to request that they create the ticket on your behalf.

After reaching out the admin i was told there is nothing else they can do,

Only your IT administrator has the authority to submit a ticket with Atlassian support for assistance. If your email address is on the suppression list, only Atlassian support can remove it.
