1. Do you provide Trainings to the users? If yes then how many users you can accommodate in a session? If desired, the trainings can be facilitated virtually.

2. What is your ETA to address client requirements/issues?

3. Do you upgrade the tool based on the client requirements? If yes, then what is the process and how soon we can get the change incorporated?
