I am getting this error when trying to Backup JIRA data in XML Edited

Hi Marlon,

One thing I would dois verify there are no quotes around the paths in jira.home and jira.paths.safe.backup.path. The .properties file format doesn't require quotes around values per the Backing up JIRA Fails due to Quotes in the Path knowledge base article.

Cheers,

Branden
