I am an admin and Ranking is enabled, yet I am unable to create a sprint. What else can I do?

Hey Syed,

Please check Manage Sprint Permission and Schedule Issue Permission from Permission scheme(s) for that project(S) involved in the filter query for board.

• If you do have access, you should be able to Create a Sprint by going to Backlog Tab.
• If there are any completed sprints and are not closed please close them going to Active Sprints tab and complete the sprint.

I see several references to Board -> Config in the documentation but that option isn't visible to me. I do see Board Settings, but there is nothing on that screen regarding Sprints.
