Howto set the date of close issuse in import csv?

Have a csv exported from Microsoft Excel, can set date of issuse creation but canot set the date of close. Need this for use SLA plugin, need count the difference of date between created and closed.

How to set a multiples changes of status and set each date? example: day 1 of Jan of 2010 create issuse, day 2 set in progress, day 3 close issuse.

Now i have multiple custom status, but i can migrate status. For now need set the date of close issuse in import from excel csv.
