HI. How will the customer get their Jira service desk login? How is it provided?

Hi Richie,

If you want your customers to register themselves you'll need to open up your Jira registration.

Otherwise they'll have to be created by the administrators before they can use the Service Desk.

Thank you Peter. It seems that our Jira Service Desk has been setup privately. I have given a temporary admin access to Jira. Will I be able to add an account for our client in Service Desk? I am not really sure what to do here.
