How we add anchor link in Jira Rich-Text-Editor

Hi All,

I am Working to develope my custom anchor link in Rich-Text-Editor in Jira. Here i want to add my custom link in Editor. but i am not get any progress on this.
I allready refer this link Atlassian Doc For Rich Text Editor but this is also not working.
