How do you specify a path to a customer portal in service desk if you want to use a specific server and port?
Service Desk runs as part of a JIRA install, so you use the same port as that. Most of us run JIRA on 8080 then proxy it to 80 so users don't have to think about ports.

You can use any (free) port you want for a JIRA installation, either directly on the server, or via a proxy.
