How to write custom text that will display on view screen?

Hello All,

I created a Message Custom Field (for edit) with the intention of informing our users to perform a certain action. The issue that I am running into is the text will display correctly when I go to the Edit screen, but it will not appear at all under the View screen. Is there anything I can do to make this custom text visible in the View Screen? I want the box to remain visible when users are browsing the view screen.

It isn't possible. Description doesn't show in view mode. You can use information banner to show same mesage for you users.
