How to view time in hours and not days

Structure are viewing 12 hours as 1d 4h. Is there any settings letting me view it as 12 hours?

Yes. If you for instance define a Story with say 4 task the estimate on the story will sum up all tasks and convert from hours to days or weeks when the total estimates is over 7h or 37 h respectively. I would like all estimates displayed in hours regardless of their "size"
