How to use the cascading select parameter in a Report plugin?

im trying to use the cascading select property to load project components once the project have been selected but it doesnt work.

Anybody knows an existing working example to know how to create and use it?

I am facing same problem. The configurable parameter "cascadingselect" has been removed from JIRA version 7.2.

EazyBI report can do this but we don't have budget for this purchasing.

Anyoneelse can help?
