I wont to create group of customers and use an SLA politics for this group. For example: group VIP, group A, etc.

Should I created users group for create customers group?

How to match group and SLA?

Hi Kuzyk,

Actually you can create multiple metrics and differentiate them upon specifying different JQLs for each of them. Please check this page for further reference.
