I'm looking for some kind of 'guide' that might help us wrap our heads around using Portfolio for managing multiple remote teams who work on multiple "client projects" which have related and ongoing "product projects".
Is Portfolio a tool to help with this, or is it mostly geared toward managing products?
I'd love to see some guide / best practices / quick start help etc for doing this, or direction to some way of managing it all if without Portfolio.
