We currently use 'Priority' as a field to indicate urgency, and communicate if an issue is blocked. I'm able to update when using the classic issue view, but this breaks when using the New Issue View. The field is available on the screen, there are multiple options, but none appear available.
Please let me know any tricks to getting this functionality to work.
this is really strange, and I can't think of any way to explain this with any misconfiguration. So maybe you should think about reaching out to the Atlassian support to flag this. Maybe it's only temporary but I would still raise a request.
