How to transition an issue when a comment is edited?

I have a workflow where a transition from "Waiting for Customer" to "Reopened" is triggered when a user in the group "Customers" edits an issue (description or other fields), when she adds a comment or when she adds an attachment.

The user also has permission to edit her own comments.

The issue is not transitioned when the user edits one of her own existing comments. How do I make that happen?

You can use the Automation Plugin

Yo just will need to set some rules and validations to get thinks working.


That plugin is for Jira 6.1 - 6.4.6, and we are using Jira 5.2.8. Any other suggestions?
