During a sprint, a story may be moved out of the sprint and, either, put back in the backlog or in the next sprint. When this happens, the Fix Version is also changed. What is the best way to display and track the Fix Versions a story has been in.
Example:
Story ABC is in Sprint Purple with the Fix Version set to Release 6.8
During the sprint, the story is pulled and moved into Sprint Blue. When it is moved, the Fix Version is set to Release 7.0.
How can I display, on the story, that the Fix Version was Release 6.8 without having to manually enter a value in another custom field?
I don't mind creating a custom field, but I do need it populated automatically.
