Hi Venu,
It is possible though you need to install our BigPicture Enterprise plugin. Then go to BigPicture >> Administration and you should see the the view below:
On the right there will be a button "Synchronize with Tempo. Please remember that it is one way process. You can only "copy" the data from Tempo plugin to BigPicture and not the other way round. Once synchronized you can edit the teams and again resynchronize(again one way from Tempo to BigPicture).
