I want to create sprints, where tasks will be taken from different projects. How to start this successfully? I am working with Software projects on the latest cloud Jira version.
- What would be tips and tricks to have a sprint board easy to work on?
- How to manage filters so that I can make sure the team sees all the issues and does not lose the track of it?
On Jira Cloud (or Server) you can create a board that can have issues from multiple projects. The board's source is nothing but a filter. So you can create a filter with those projects or when you create a board it will ask you to select the projects you want.
