How to show the phone number of a JIRA user?

I want to see the phone number of a JIRA when I click on his picture / avatar.

I then created a "custom properties" Phone and when I click on the picture I see the user's phone, but when other users that are not JIRA administrators, they click on the same image does not show this property. Where am I doing wrong?

Custom properties are availible for administrator view only. If you want to extend the functionality you should either check marketplace for existing plugin either write or order one.
