How to show the issues according to the update time of comments

I want to add a gadget in Dashboard to show the issues' details according to the update time of comments. And I also want to create a filter to show the issues which have no update of comments in last 7 days, so that I can monitor the update status of every issues. Thanks!

Hi @Mengqi Guo

welcome to the community!

To the best of my knowledge, this isn't available in plain JQL.

However, if you're open to solutions from the Atlassian Marketplace, you'll find options there. E.g., your use case would be easy to solve using the app that my team and I are working on, JXL for Jira.

JXL is a full-fledged spreadsheet/table view for your issues that allows viewing, inline-editing, sorting, and filtering by all your issue fields, much like you’d do in e.g. Excel or Google Sheets. It also comes with a number of so-called smart columns that aren’t natively available, including the date of last comment and time since last comment (along with many other comment-related smart columns).

This is how it looks in action:

time-since-last-comment.gif

As you can see above, you can easily sort and filter by the date of last comment, and also use it across JXL's advanced features, such as support for (configurable) issue hierarchies, issue grouping by any issue field(s), sum-ups, or conditional formatting.

Any questions just let me know,

Best,

Hannes

I'll try it, thank you

Hi @Mengqi Guo ,

Welcome to the Community! You'd need a third party plugin for this. This other post may be helpful: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/JQL-for-Commented-by-user-and-commented-date/qaq-p/1410972
