How to show assignee in the customer channel

Hello,

I would like that customer can see who is the assigned agent (assignee) to their requests/issues when they open one of their issues in the customer channel?

Hi Christian, You can also use Feature Bundle for Jira Service Management to show the assignee field and many more.

I'm aware of one application - Extension for Jira Service Management - which provides such functionality, see here.

Probably there are also other ways...

ScriptRunner's Fragments could also be used, but you will need to write down the script to obtain value from the Assignee's field...
