I've bought an SSL-certificate. I wanted to install it (via command-line in Debian jessie/sid ), but the only manual I found give steps to receive CSR and etc. (https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Running+JIRA+over+SSL+or+HTTPS#RunningJIRAoverSSLorHTTPS-commandline)
May be there is instruction for setup SSL without creating CSR ? I have a CA-bundle.crt, my private key and certificate-file.
