How to set up permission for users to create/view issues?

I have been having trouble setting up accounts for everyone in my team. So far, they can create issue. The issue is submitted. But they can't view/edit/comment on the issue they created.

Also, I would like to set it up somehow so people can create issues, view their own issues but they should NOT have access to ALL issues that created by the team. Is this possible? Can someone please guide me step by step on how to set this up? Thank you very much.
