There is no out-of-the-box solution for this problem.
You could create a mailinglist that contains all those email addresses and use the mailinglist address as the email address for the user in JIRA.
But why do you need this?
Each user can have only one email address.
What you could do additionally to Peter suggestion, is to add a "Forward" setting in your user email, to forward a copy of the notifications to the other email addresses.
