Hi, I need to set up our support@glasswallsolutions.com email address so this incoming mail create Service Desk Incidents. The existing setting is sup@glasswall.atlassian.net and only the prefix can be edited!
Do I need to set up a Custom Email Address?

You will need to connect JIRA to your mail server that is supporting that domain, so that it can read the mailbox for incoming stuff.
