How to set description of time tracking fields

How can the description of the time tracking fields be set? Any change to the description does not appear on the screen. Is the reason that the time tracking field consists of the to fields "original estimate" and "remaining estimate"?

@Sandro Lehmann, the description text you are changing in the Field Configuration does not actually show up on any issue screen. Only the "Original Estimate" and "Remaining Estimate" descriptions appear on issue screens. However, those are not considered regular fields, so you cannot get to them through Field Configuration. I don't know if those descriptions are in code or in the database, but they are not available in the Field Configuration as far as I can tell.
