How to set a default estimate when creating an issue

I am looking for a way to set a default estimate when creating an issue. I can only find how to do this when setting an issue status to ope, but I only want the original and remaning estimate fields to be set to 0h when I click on create issue. Without setting this to 0 I cannot search for unestimated items in the quick filter because I can only set the filter to orginalEstimate = 0.

Can some let me know how I can do this?
