How to set a Jira Admin role to have the permission to manage a project only?

If a Jira Admin role need to maintain the Workflow, Screen, Custom Fields, the role had to grant 'Jira Product Admin' role, but this role can view all the project settings. 

Is it possible to set an Admin role to manage a project only instead of across all projects?

Hi @Yang_ Chen 

 You can allow the User to Administer a Project. It's not Possible to have the user with Jira Admin Permission. 

What you can do is to allow the user to create a Team managed Project.
