How to send notification to everyone for a specific project

hi...thanks for your answer. To notify customers as your following process is it notify to everyone as they are JIRA service desk user or one specific project?? because i need only specific project user can get notification; like i have created Incident Management project it's our Priority Level Outage & everyone from our organization will get the mail notification from this Incident project as ticket created, updated, assassin.....etc up to resolved. Only from this project all user can get the notification not others project
