We are trying to find a way to send automatic emails for non Jira users ? We already disabled automatic accounts creation for external users when they try to submit an issue, but we'd like to send a notification email to inform them to deal with our support directly and if possible another email to inform us. Our policy, no JIRA account no Issue created.
