How to send Hipchat notification with a field value in JIRA ?

Hi, 

I want to update a group of users on Hipchat with the issue ID & a custom field value after its DONE.

In the workflow step of the project, I added the POST FUNCTION - Notify Hipchat. It works fine, but I don't know how to make it send an automated message with the field value for the issue after its done.

example:

I want the notification to have the issue id along with the value filled in for a custom field.

Please help. Thank you

I think it's obsolete request :(
Because the products (Hipchat, Stride)  is not used anymore,
So sad to find questions without replies
